Anton Raaff Chapel

The Anton Raaf Chapel is also known as the Nepomuk Chapel  
It was donated by the famous tenor singer Anton Raaff in 1744. Raaff, born in 1714, was the son of the estate manager at Gudenau Castle and then court singer to Elector Clemens August. He achieved world fame on the great stages and courts of Europe. Johann Christian Bach and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart wrote for him.
